- Looking to upskill financial professionals on new climate and sustainability disclosures
- The desired program would feature hands-on activities, case studies, and opportunities to directly implement learnings
Project overview
- Developed an interactive program that covered the regulatory landscape and the role of the CSRD, ISSB, and GRI in climate and sustainability reporting.
- Explored the key pillars of: governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics & targets.
- Tailored hands-on training modules to executive roles and responsibilities and provided best practice case studies
Results achieved
- Four-week virtual program created and attended by dozens of financial professionals
- Specific in-session and outside exercises designed to further knowledge of reporting standards
- Guidance on reporting good practices, specific case studies, and additional resources for risk and opportunity analyses provided to participants
