We worked with the UN’s Sustainable Stock Exchange (UNSSE) programme, the IFC, and CDP to help over 2000 individuals from market authorities and market actors understand leading practices for climate disclosure and how to assess climate risks and opportunities

- The client was a consortium of the UNSSE, IFC, and CDP, looking to improve global policies on reporting and awareness of reporting and risk management practices
- The client asked us to help develop the content and recommendations for disclosure regimes and for those looking to manage climate risks
Project overview
- Evaluated the latest frameworks for climate and sustainability reporting
- Developed case studies on good practices for each element of the TCFD framework, including the key pillars of governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics & targets
- Provided a roadmap for implementation for regulators and market actors to improve reporting and risk management practices
Results achieved
- Delivered workshops to over 2000 virtual participants from over 3 dozen countries
- Produced a set of recommendations for best practices related to reporting and based on the TCFD framework
- Accelerated the development of new reporting expectations in different jurisdictions and responsible climate risk practices among market actors
